Enabling Debug Mode

CloudPanel

In order to enable debug mode in CloudPanel, you will have to only modify the configuration file for the application.

  • Open notepad as administrator
  • Navigate to c:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel
  • Open log4net.config
  • Change the value under <root><level value=”INFO”/> to <level value=”ALL”/>

CloudPanel Service

In order to enable debug mode in the CloudPanel service, you will have to only modify the configuration file for the service.

  • Open notepad as administrator
  • Navigate to c:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel Service
  • Open Scheduler.exe.config
  • Change the value under <root><level value=”INFO”/> to <level value=”ALL”/>

CloudPanel ADSync

In order to enable debug mode in ADSync you will have to modify the configuration file for the service and also the registry.

Registry:

  • Open regedit
  • Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Know More IT\Sync Service
  • Edit the LoggingLevel DWORD and change the valid to decimal 4

Log File:

  • Open notepad as administrator
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\Know More IT\Sync Service
  • Open CloudPanel.SyncService.exe.config
  • Change the value under <root><level value=”INFO”/> to <level value=”ALL”/>
